I suggest we continue testing this week and cut RC3 next week to give users/testers more time to test and report issues as 4.17 is a major release. I found an issue with UI which appears to be a build issue, in the first RC2 pkgs for testing systemvmtemplate weren't included and in the next re-build the UI elements were not following right css which were fixed with the correct packaging builds (with no changes in the code).
