ok, it is possible via the GUI, I just needed to figure it out. Firstly, add the new public range to the zone.
Then go to each VM via the Computer/Instances and click on the NICS tab. Click the + Icon next to the NIC you want to change the IP on. Click the little wavy icon above the "ID". Manually enter the new IP address.
