No, it has not solved the issue. I'm not sure it's root cause, but at least it breaks VMs communications. Each time when I face this problem, VR is not working properly. One of indications on how I see it - VMs stop getting proper name from VR metadata server. Another indication - I can't ssh to VMs that are up (even though I could before. Likely also because of VR.
