Considering the comment, i am suggesting the below for trouble shooting. 
If virt-manager GUI is available for KVM host try to get terminal access and 
see if the network traffic is functioning normal and all network configured 
properly. 

try below alternative approach if virt-manager not available. 

get `passwd` tag from host for the guest vm using the command `virsh dumpxml 
<domain id> | grep passwd '
get the vnc display  details from host using the command `virsh vncdisplay 
<domain id>`

use tiger vnc viewer application and supply above information for getting Guest 
VM terminal access.
