First I added a cluster & a host in order to host the system VMs. Then I removed the whole physical network and thus traffic types and recreated them all. This seemed to work and it created the system VM's required afterwards. Now I'm able to spin up a VM but I'm unsure how stable this will stay since the setup didn't finish. Could this be a bug where it somehow creates the IP ranges twice?
