I removed the whole physical network and thus traffic types and recreated them all. This seemed to work and it created the system VM's required afterwards. After that I fixed the rest of the missing infrastructure, that were missing since the setup crashed. I created a cluster, added the KVM host, primary and secondary storage. Now I'm able to spin up a VM but I'm unsure how stable this will stay since the setup didn't finish. Could this be a bug where it somehow creates the IP ranges twice?
