@daviftorres 
it is strange that kvm1 (10.2.0) does not have the issue, but kvm2 (10.4.0) 
appears to have the issue.

I will install 10.4.0 on kvm1 and 10.2.0 on kvm2, to confirm the issue is not 
related to the servers.
