@soulfulgent Thanks for sending the HAR file. I reviewed the complete wizard API sequence and found the actual issue. The initial Guest Network request does fail while the VirtualRouter provider is still being configured. However, CloudStack retries it after enabling the VirtualRouter, and the second Guest Network request completes successfully. The actual failure happens immediately afterward while creating the Storage Network IP range. The wizard is sending: vlan=untagged and CloudStack rejects it with: Unable to execute API command createstoragenetworkiprange due to invalid value untagged for parameter vlan This also explains why the Fix Error option takes you back to the Storage Traffic section. For an untagged storage network, the VLAN parameter should be left empty rather than sending untagged. Please let me know whether you manually entered untagged in the Storage VLAN field or if the wizard populated this automatically. For now, please do not recreate the database again. Based on your answer, we can either correct the Storage Traffic setting or create the Storage IP range manually without the VLAN parameter and continue the setup.
