Hi guys,

I need suggestions on browsers for viewing XML, since I've gotten too weary of Mozilla Firebird's bugs and freezing my computer every now and then. I'm working on RedHat 7.2 (KDE 3.0), and I'd like a browser that can show an XML document in tree form--preferably clickable. Both IE and Mozilla Firebird can do it, but I can't use IE with Linux (even with CrossOver Office from CodeWeavers).

Konqueror just shows the whole document as one piece of plain text smashed together, and it's fairly primitive anyway (no tabbed browsing, etc.). I don't know what Konqueror 3.1 added, but I doubt it gained much in functionality.

I also just installed Opera 7.11 for Linux and, while the the interface is pretty good overall, I just realized it does the same thing as Konqueror--that is, it smashes all the XML data into 1 big piece of plain text. This is not a workable solution for when I want to serialize in XML to debug, which I do most of the time.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Sonny
