Let me put it another way. To do my debugging I need the source code that ships with the Cocoon release. Ideally, this could be downloaded from Cocoon's website as a companion zip file. However, it is acceptable to me to be able to go to the other project's web site and download their source as a zip file. It is not acceptable for me to have to go to all these projects and wade through their CVS repositories looking for what matches what is in Cocoon.
