Sure - I guess. I can't find any license at all except the statement that it is 100% free. This leaves redistribution an open question it seems to me. It may be worth contacting the author to confirm/get some kind of redist license to include in LEGAL/.
Also, he's apparently a ZOPE convert but maybe we can turn him to the dark side...
