Yep. But the idea is to "forget" about the old encodings at all. Because
is the current root of many problems. In some countries it is worse.

Why we need to care about encoding? Would not to be great to use just one
encoding for all the needs. That way, you write in german, I in english,
other in Russian, etc, in the same page. This is what UNICODE solve.

The industry is moving there: "All the paths goes to UNICODE." We cannot
do nothing against that. So it is better to inform people and explain they
must use it. Staying in the old ISO-XXXX is not good and make us solve
innecesary problems.
