jeje, I actually know about some of my old c2.0.x apps that are still in production and have not failed once in over 10 years.

jeje actually that is point of view. I know of colleagues that maintain some buggy developments and earn a good living. The prob in general in cocoon where that if you do it right the first time you have no maintenance. So e.g. upgrading and rewriting some apps brings us work.
