If the local repo is the bottle-neck to allow multiple build-queues, then, yes, 
it would make sense to have the 1:1 relation between the local repo and the 
build-queue!
Perhaps for Continuum 1.2 refactoring is needed to realize this.

But it still not possible to run parrallele build of the different 
project group ? This is not the same problem, but I think that it will 
be great to be able to build the diferent project group independently 
and in parrallel.
There should be one build queue per local repository.
