I am able to work around this issue by updating the application.xml
and
changing the alwaysend tag on my mail resource configuration to be
TRUE, but
then I also get unwanted "PREPARE BUILD SUCCESSFUL ..." emails
That's the only solution for now - I believe there is a request in
JIRA to allow configuring all these options from the UI. I'd suggest
searching for that and attaching a vote.
