Už mám odpověď od autora filtru. Já tomu moc nerozumím - je to moc
hardcore. Dokáže někdo kdo má přehled o vývoji OOo udělat závěr, jestli
ten filtr bude v dalších verzích fungovat nebo ne?

Hi,
I think, I can confirm this issue. Upgraded to the current developer
snapshot of OOo. Filter reports "general IO error" and the console shows
the following lines:
java.io.IOException: SAX2 driver class
org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser not found
at
org.apache.batik.dom.util.SAXDocumentFactory.createDocument(SAXDocumentFactory.java:417)
at
org.apache.batik.dom.util.SAXDocumentFactory.createDocument(SAXDocumentFactory.java:344)
at
org.apache.batik.dom.svg.SAXSVGDocumentFactory.createDocument(SAXSVGDocumentFactory.java:231)
at haui.xml.svg.SVGBuilder.loadDocument(SVGBuilder.java:59)
at
haui.office.uno.filter.svgimport.SVGImportService.importer(SVGImportService.java:75)
The problem seems to be a missing dependency of the batik library -
which seens to have been provided by older OOo runtimes implicitly. I
tried to simply add the Apache Xerces library to the bundle, but this
does not help. There is currently no workaround, sorry.
