Not necessarily unfortunately--as far as its security features go, BEA WebLogic is a JAX-RPC implementation (read caution at the tops of [1] and [2]), while CXF is JAX-WS, so YMMV. We are grappling with that at work right now, and I unfortunately don't have any answers yet.
