Hi interesting that it only happens for you application. May be you can try to make as close as possible to the test one, and then start adding features one by one ? Perhaps the most effective option could be to start a web server instance in the debug mode and then start a remote debug session from Eclipse and put a breakpoint in CXFServket, JAXRSServerFactoryBean, etc
