While artistic and well-drawn, those graphics are still ugly and would fail
to connect with CXF's target audience.  It is better to have no logo than a
bad one.  Also, it lets commercial distributors of CXF choose whatever logo
they want for their wraps of CXF, without CXF's logo confusing things.
