Oh, you can endorse the JAXB implementation at the JRE level too.
As the JDK6 also ship the jaxb-impl itself.
You just need to put the jaxb-impl into the endorse diretory :)

endorse these jars from maven, maven will still use the jars from JDK.
So you need to endorse them yourself in the pom.
