Hi Colm, We uncommented <IncludeTimestamp> policy and it cleared error message.
The problem currently we have is, if we uncomment "UsingAddressing", WS-federation passive profile(SSO) is failing. So, we can't make both work same time. I think that you can reproduce SSO failing case by uncommenting "UsingAddressing" for "TransportUT_policy". Thanks.
