Hello Sergey,

I ran into the same problem and I tries your suggestion but it didn't 
work out for me,

I was using CXF - 2..7.7 in a windows environment.

this is what I tried   
properties.put("signaturePropFile","file:/C:/Config/client_sign.properti
es");

Is there a fix for this in any of the newer versions ?
