I don't know at the moment what is the problem there, perhaps on Windows
it should be some extra "/", like "file://C:/...".
I do recall testing it on Ubuntu, and the actual issue was reported by
my colleague, so I'm assuming it did work for them.
I'll try to test on Ubuntu a bit later on...
Can you please debug ? May be it is some class loading issue...
