I merged this to the 3.2.x branch.. Unfortunately, the snapshot builds for that 
haven’t been working for a while.   I THINK it’s now fixed so there is a 
snapshot being deployed right now to 
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots 
<https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots> that you can use 
for testing.   I updated the UDPConduit to check the message for a network 
interface object to use.   You can see:
