Hi I tried to import a dbase-file into oOOdb. I followed the intructions by Regina Henschel (thanks!). After pressing "fertigstellen", a messagebox pops up: "Warnung! <CRLF><CRLF><CRLF>Wrong data type<CRLF>Wollen Sie trotzdem fortfahren?" (strange the mixture of German and English) Unfortunatelly the message doesn't tell, at which column the problem ocurrs. :-( After pressing "Ja", it takes about 1/2 hour to import 760 rows (is this normal???? AMD2600+). The result is an empty table! The dbase columns-types are : Numeric (with and without 'Nachkomma'), FixText, Date and Logic (true and false) according to the first row: ARTIKELID,N,9,0 LIEFERNR,N,9,0 ARTIKEL,C,80 EKNETTO,N,10,2 EKBRUTTO,N,10,2 ANZGELIEFE,N,10,2 ANZLAGER,N,10,2 ANZEIGEN,N,10,2 ANZDEFEKT,N,10,2 MWST,N,8,1 KONTO,N,7,0 LRECHDAT,D LABEL,L ArtKzl,C,5 The oOOdb Database is according to the 'Tabellenentwurf' ![]() (I know I shouldn't attach a bitmap, but I don't know how to get this information as text) If I do the automatic typ-recognizing ('auto. Typerkennung') in the importing dialog, the type of all columns is 'Double[DOUBLE]' (may be, because of the comms in the first row, where the dbase-types are listet????) Any hints how to fix this problem? Thanks Hermann Stamm |
