Keep your data with some preselecting queries and views in the database
and use the spreadsheet for scenarios, complex calculations, pretty
presentation and aggregation (for instance data pilots) of imported
data. This way you get the best from both components, while keeping the
data in one place. Calc-Menu:Data>Refresh refreshes the sheet's data. A
nice input form can prevent some typos, duplicates and inconsistancies.
No spreadsheet is supposed to do that. A "real" database provides
consistant storage with multi-user access from any frontend (OOo-form,
web-form, other tools).
