Howdy all, By way of announcement I suppose, just wanted to let everyone know that I have started work on a new Base tutorial. My plan is to publish this via the OO.o wiki, as I mentioned in an email to am earlier thread on this list [Data Base error correction ].
The page for the project is currently on the wiki at http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/A_club_membership_database#Introduction The page was generated using the Media2Wiki export filter which can be found at http://www.activasoft.com/OpenOffice2MediaWiki when finished the page will also contain links to download odt and pdf versions of the tutorial. I do have a general question regarding wiki etiquette, specifically the pages relating to Base. I mentioned in the other thread that I reviewed a number of resources - one of which was all the stuff I put on the wiki, last year, about making an example database. Most of it now is just clutter and I was planning on removing pretty much everything except this new tutorial page and the page on the Layaway database. So my question is - Should I just feel free to delete these pages?
