I hope you don't mind a few questions. Will the current Report Wizard remain in the distribution? I am hoping yes. Will there be any further development of the current Report Wizard in OOo? The press announcement at the Pentaho site states that the integration will be in the 2.3 release of OOo. Any idea at which point this will be available in the dev builds? Along that line, I notice that the GullFOOS blog tags list not only Base but Extensions. Does this imply that the integration will be as a separate extension package and not as part of the standard distribution? If it is an extension package, is there any chance it would be backward compatible to OOo 2.1? So far only I only see the Pentaho Report Designer mentioned ( although the Pentaho press release hints at further integration later ), is there any plans to include the Pentaho Report Design Wizard also?
