I suppose Ocke meant the pre-setup build environment which is available
as ISO image somewhere for both Windows and Linux:

Well, the comment makes sense to me now. That page is bookmarked for
later use. For now the task of getting Report Wizard to run in
NetBeans so I can step through it will remain my focus for the moment.
