wondering if this was the good place for extensions issues.

Well for this extension, being kind of a special case, the main Issue
Tracker is appropriate. What has been happening is the people entering
issues for the Sun Report Builder (SRB) have been tagging the front of
the summary line with RPT::, that way you can get a quick report on just
those issues. Not sure if that will continue to be the case, or if maybe
they will add an entry for it as a sub-component under database access
category.
This is a good place to discuss any problems you are having - as the
real developers should be rousing from their slumber about now and
getting ready to check emails over that first cup of coffee.. ;>)
