Yes that's when I thought somehting might be different with the MySQL
version, however I want to check up with the list since I know many
people connects to MySQL and they could have a better idea.
You have a good database name? Although you should get a different
error message if that was the problem.
Ok I finally go tit working..... the answer was 'comment out
skip-networking' at the /etc/my.cfn file.
Also, any other notes in your experience with mysql specially on being
able to insert fields and modifying data?
