One thing to note with list boxes in forms is that they had an
incredible performance bug, when the list was filled from some
table/query/statement. This bug was fixed with the 680m238 build, i.e.
will also be fixed in 2.4. We had real-life sample documents, containing
forms with 6 or so list boxes, where the opening times, as well as the
times for traveling between records, dropped by orders of magnitude.
