I removed all files dealing with the 2.4 RC packages ( including user directories and the JRE files ) and did a 100% fresh install of 2.4.1 stable w/JRE. I then installed SRB 1.0.4 from the extensions repository and the reports that where coming up blank are displaying data again. More then I needed to do? Don't know, but it worked.
