Worth mentioning here is that for the table data view, only formatted
fields are used (except for multi-line texts and controls only displying
the <object> placeholder), and "Empty is NULL" is always set to TRUE,

Alright, sticking with this single issue for the moment. (Using DEV300 m27)
open the attached bug doc
open the table data view
select the required field (Remarks) and delete the string
save the record - empty string is written to the table.
This is now the desired behavior, correct?
