The named parameters will not be shown in the drop down list as this is also the case for forms and sub forms. May be we should change this (RFE)? The matching of the parameters will be applied and the values of the master report will be used. Unkown parameter names will be asked for everytime the chart is executed. When only chart columns are selected in the dialog, a query will be executed where named parameter were appended.
