Having a problem with the function URLENCODE
Only tested under Windows XP so far -
1) Use the dialog to create a UDF with the function URLENCODE, start
to enter some address. If you do not begin the string you re entering
with " then an MS Windows Error box pops up, asking if you want to
send a crash report to MS...I expected the application to crash as
soon as I cleared that dialog box...Clicked 'NO'...OO.o / SRB does not
actually crash...but another keystroke and the sequence with the MS
crash report dialog happens again...and again and again, until you
cancel and start over putting double quotes in the front of the
address string.
2) If you try to edit a UDF that uses URLENCODE by opening the formula
dialog it is impossible - the MS Crash report dialog comes up, clear
it and you are back to the main property editor.
3) It doesn't seem to actually work..well, unless of course I don't
understand what it is supposed to do...LOL..which is a real
possibility. I checked in the Oasis documentation and can't find an
entry for this formula, checked in the OO.o help files..nothing there
either..
I found the problem and it is fixed in the newest version of the SRB
extension on qa upload :-) That fix should fix all functions which are
not part of "general" Calc functions. Thanks for finding this one.
