No Help Tips for any of the items in the formula dialog, including
navigation buttons.
The help ids changed and the help has to be adjusted.
If Extended Help Tips is turned on the buttons used to select fields
displays the text "shirnk", which doesn't make sense in this context.
I changed it to "Select" this should work in the spreadsheet and in the
SRB case.
