version 1.0.5 will not install on any of the 3.1 code line builds I believe.
You need to install one of the 1.0.9.xxxx versions of SRB - if I'm not
mistaken the plan is to release SRB 1.1 at the same time as 3.1.
Anyway you can get the latest and appropriate copy of the SRB from
ftp://qa-upload.services.openoffice.org/dba31e/
