The point is, the data source browser is a separate frame within the application window frame. toolboxes are defined and layouted per-frame, it is currently not possible at all to layout a toolbox of an "inner" frame so that it is mixed amongst the toolboxes of the "outer" frame. So, while this might be worth an issue, too, you shouldn't expect anything, soon.
