Hi Rainer,

In general, most the problems you describe sound like worth being an
issue. Detailed comments below.

Did you submit an issue for this already? If not, please do.

I think this is submitted already, it was a known and accepting bug to
get the CWS into the MWS.

Here, it would be interesting whether this happens with other multi line
text input fields, too. I.e., whether this is a general problem with
this kind of control on Mac, or a problem specific to the SQL editor.
This finally makes the difference to whom to assign the bug to.

Worth an issue.

Not sure what you mean here ...?

Has been said already I think, but for the record: 1.0.3 is too old, you
need one of the snapshots Ocke uploaded to qa-upload. For the extension
updater looping with 1.0.3, you might want to submit an issue, though -
project would be extensions, I suppose.

Will discuss this in the issue which you thankfully already submitted.

That cannot really be changed, at least not with major overhauling in
the application framework (so my understanding). The point is, the data
source browser is a separate frame within the application window frame.
toolboxes are defined and layouted per-frame, it is currently not
possible at all to layout a toolbox of an "inner" frame so that it is
mixed amongst the toolboxes of the "outer" frame.

So, while this might be worth an issue, too, you shouldn't expect
anything, soon. The more since with Project Renaissances, nobody knows
how the next-generation UI will look like, and if it has toolboxes at all :)

Thanks & Ciao
Frank
