Drew, Barbara, Marc, Thanks for thinking about my problem. I'm thinking I will simply manually do it as the fastest method. I was hoping for a software based method to handle this when I get a lot of records.
I want to build my report forms in writer and place the fields from the database in the report and print it with the record I have selected. I just have such a hard time with the report builder but getting writer to look like my clinical forms is much easier and placing the fields from the corresponding record seems like it 'should' work. (The musings of a nursing student on break...)
