Because I would not have known how to set up a dedicated web app, and certainly didn't want to wast^Wspend time learning it right now :) Looking what our UX team does with the user survey, and the marketing project with the OOoCon location survey, I meanwhile think it would have been easy to do such a survey, too - but alas, that's too late for *this* poll ...
