Finally figured out I tested 3.2RC1 with files created in the far past possibly with 2.3. or 2.4 and SRB 1.0.5 or earlier. Opened several times with different OOo and SRB versions has a some strange feature. This one was unusual, never find similar before that, the "Force New Page" report header property, can be changed but no result of changes, allways create new page, for records, after Report header. I created new report with wizard and set Columnar layout, saved for edit, added grouping and later removed, and I can set "Force New Page" and works as needed.
