I tried with your example file, and with Report wizard can create new report
with 2 grouping which is works, at least Ithink so, as you described or
with OOo 3.2 RC1 and SRB 1.2 beta m8.

If you would like to try it out how to get a report like this and
give me a hint.
I tried with 3.2rc1 and SRB 1.2.0Beta for m8.
I can delete with the bugdoc all grouping as well.
