Du hast dein Betriebssystem nicht angegeben, aber geh mal in die
Taskleiste und auf das Symbol für den Schnellstarter (Quickstarter) von
OOo. Einfach mit rechter Maustaste einmal anklicken und dann beenden.
Eventuell kommst du danach weiter.
