Not sure if attachments are allowed. I create the partitions and indexes with 
ldif files. 

I install a clean install start the example partition. 
I import the first 1_cpro_jdbm.. ldif. Then stop and start the server. 
I import the second ldif for my branches, then restart again. 
Then I import my users / groups. 

I update the partition cache after importing ldif #1.
