The installation of the software completes successfully each time I do so (uninstalled and reinstalled several times) and gives no indication of any issues but whenever I try to launch the application the error message below is displayed:- The log file mentioned in the dialogue is attached, I'm running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 on a 64-bit machine and my version of Java is 1.8.0_71.
