That means felix is not safe in JNI mode...its really strange..

There is a C++ exe which creates JVM and java classes, Thread..from there you 
launch felix?
It appears from the question that...felix is working Equinox is not working..!

Hard for me to say, but I can say we don't use the TCCL in any way. Why 
exactly can't you get the new Felix source code?
