exactly can't you get the new Felix source code?

That means felix is not safe in JNI mode...its really strange..
I mean..you cant use felix in this kind of setup??? i mean where There is a
C++ exe which creates JVM and java classes, Thread..from there you launch
felix?
It appears from the question that...felix is working Equinox is not
working..!
