ending .cgi one can choose a (valid) mirror. On the Site with .html there are
no real mirrors and the generated Downloadurls are wrong. E.g.:

Actually, yes, you were correct. I wasn't aware that we had to link to
downloads.cgi, not downloads.html...I fixed it in the "Getting Started"
page. It should propagate before too long, hopefully.
