Just received the exact same message from a user on one of my apps. They were using the 4th gen iPad with iOS7. She said she was using the app in Portrait mode and the keyboard came up in Landscape blocking all visibility on the form she was filling out. Apparently there's something a little strange going on with previous versions of Flex on iOS7. Have to try out the beta version I guess and hope that it fixes the problem (and doesn't block anything at the Apple app store).
